Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By creating an account or using Progression Lab, you agree to these terms. If you are creating a gym account on behalf of a business, you're agreeing on behalf of that business, and confirming you have authority to do so.

2. The service

Progression Lab is software provided to gym operators to help manage member engagement, including QR-based machine tracking, workout logging, challenges, community features, classes, and related tools. Gym operators are responsible for their own gym's operations, staff, and member relationships; Progression Lab provides the software, not gym or fitness services itself.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• The base plan is $249/month, billed automatically through Stripe until canceled.
• There is no long-term contract -- you may cancel at any time from your billing settings.
• If a payment fails, you'll have a grace period to resolve it before access is affected. Continued non-payment past that grace period may result in suspension of your account.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Accounts and responsibilities

Gym operators are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide, for managing their own staff and member accounts, and for how their gym uses the platform, including any content (announcements, promotions, community moderation) they publish through it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the platform to violate any law, infringe on others' rights, upload harmful or malicious content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the platform or other accounts.

6. Custom domains

Gym operators may connect their own domain to their Progression Lab instance. You are responsible for ownership and proper DNS configuration of any domain you connect.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Progression Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Progression Lab is not responsible for the fitness advice, coaching decisions, or physical outcomes of any gym or its members -- those remain the responsibility of the gym operator and its staff.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these terms or that have significant unresolved payment issues. You may stop using the platform and cancel your subscription at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
